02 Custom Training & Curriculum

If it can be taught, we can build the curriculum for it.

Whatever your organization needs taught, we build the course for it. We sit with you to understand the result you want, audit any materials and SOPs you already have, identify the gaps, and design a program that closes them.

Topics

What we build curriculum for

Our work goes well beyond leadership and team-building. We build for any subject the client needs taught, from operational and technical topics to soft-skill and culture work.

  • Leadership development and supervisor onboarding
  • Team building and group facilitation
  • Compliance, safety culture, and regulatory training
  • Technical and operational onboarding (role-specific)
  • Customer experience and service standards
  • Niche operational topics that off-the-shelf vendors do not cover
Process

How a curriculum gets built

  1. Discovery. We sit down with you to understand the result you want, the audience, the constraints, and the time available.
  2. Audit. We review whatever materials, SOPs, prior training, and tribal knowledge already exist.
  3. Design. We map learning outcomes to delivery format, build the curriculum, and write the facilitator and learner materials.
  4. Pilot & refine. We run a pilot cohort, gather signal, refine the program, and lock the master.
  5. Handover or ongoing delivery. We continue facilitating, or hand the program to your team, depending on the model you choose.
Delivery models

Three ways the program reaches your people

A

E-learning, built end-to-end

Self-paced modules built by us, with assessments, completion tracking, and brand-aligned production. Deployable to your LMS or hosted standalone.

B

In-person, facilitated by Spirit Wrestler

We deliver the program ourselves, on-site or in a venue of your choice. Cohort sizes are scoped to the learning outcome, not to maximize seats sold.

C

Train-the-trainer handover

We equip your own staff to deliver the program internally. They get the curriculum, the facilitator guides, the materials, and a structured handover that ensures the first few cohorts run cleanly.

Why this is a focus

A practice we are deliberately growing

Custom curriculum is a market most consultancies under-serve, because it is harder than rebadging a deck. We invest in it because the impact is real, the work is portable across industries, and the partnership tends to last.
